Lou is a down to earth person with very reasonable rates and accomadating service in the East end of Hamilton. Clean rooms, gear works. Drummers should bring your own cymbals and kick pedals. Free parking all around the building which leaves more money available for beverages to lubricate the jam. Yes, just book it for jams or practices. It's a no brainer.

Best guitar/gear repair shop I've ever been to. Randall is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he will fix your guitar right infront of you if it's not major. I took mine in for a problem concerning the nut and he fixed it within 15 minutes and didn't charge me saying 'it was his good deed for the day' Absolute gem. Highly recommend for anyone needing to repair guitars/gear, or just getting a high quality set up and not wanting to wait 2 weeks. 6/5 Stars
Jam spaces are wicked and everyone who works there is super nice. The equipment could use some updating though. Room 2 drums are incredibly beat up and all the mic stands have been taped in places to keep them up.
Randall was very accommodating about assessing what might be wrong with my guitar. I decided to sell that instrument and buy a new one. I will without hesitation take the new one to him for a setup.
Lou’s is closing down. End of an era.
Great value place to record, and practice in. Owner is nice but the place only deals cash.
