Lana has very high hygienic and safety protocols, and hosts a warm and welcoming environment. You can really tell Lana loves what she does, she is very educated and passionate about electrolysis. I have been for 2 sessions now, the area of hair she worked on has not grown back - I am very impressed. The pain is barely noticeable, and the sessions fly by because Lana is so funny and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Lounge Electrolysis.

As this was my first time getting an electrolysis treatment, I didn't know what to expect but Lana calmed all my anxieties. The studio itself is immaculate and clean, and Lana was able to provide incredible service in a professional and kind manner. She is quite clearly amazing at what she does. Throughout my research, it was validating to find someone who takes an inclusive approach to body hair removal, and emphasizes the importance of eliminating body shame from the entire process. The treatment itself was amazing and I couldn't be more excited to return.
This is my fourth Electrologist in my quest for permanent hair removal. Pastel Electro Lounge is brand new, beautiful, and extremely clean. Lana is highly knowledgeable and her attention to detail combined with state of the art equipment and lighting, allow for a very effective and precise treatment delivery. I know from experience this is NOT “professional plucking”!
