Staff are friendly, caring, and professional. They take time to explain services and procedures, I don’t feel pressured and every service Iv had is done is in a timely, professional and caring manner. Staff do a great job of following up and ensuring there are no concerns. Really grateful to have found this clinic. Dr Fisher has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and provide solutions to my problems. I have had other services by other doctors there as well and Highly recommend any of them.

Have been going to Lougheed Laser for years, and have had multiple IPL, V-beam, and ClearBrilliant treatments. When you're having this kind of work done on your face, you need to be able to trust the professionalism and training of the staff, and that's definitely the case here. Taylor has been my most recent (excellent) technician, but all of them have been great. Staff are really friendly and helpful on the phone. Just be clear with your needs, questions, and expectations, and I'm sure you'll end up happy. I've recommended them to multiple friends and family.

I trust these ladies with my skin! I've been in contact with them for 3 yrs and I have to say, every single woman I've talked with is excellent. Literally excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and patient with me. I feel they're very honest about which services would work for me and which would be a waste of time & money. No matter how many questions I ask, I never feel rushed. When they talk about their skin care products, they can actually back up every claim about why they're 'amazing'. I will continue to work with them as I start to do anti-ageing treatments in my 40s. Highly recommended.

Everyone is always so friendly and warm! I know that there are so many Groupons and deals available for Laser Hair Removal, and it can be tempting to buy something cheaper, but seriously, don't do it. The staff here is extremely professional and the standard of care here is supreme - the place is always so clean! A friend had recommended them to me a long time ago and I am just so satisfied and happy with the service.

Just wanted to share a beautiful experience I had this weekend at this clinic . I went In Saturday with my sister who wanted to purchase Zo products . A very friendly blonde girl at the front approached us and helped us with our products . I was really looking for a cleanser . Her knowledge about skin care was great and I ended up spending 700 . I recommend this clinic and will be back .

Tanya and the rest of the team were super warm and welcoming! This was my first time going to them. The consultation was very informative and professional. I was very indecisive and Tanya gave me great pointers. Though I ultimately cancelled my appointment, I will have no doubt I will be going to them if I need any future services. Thank you guys :)

Dr.Fleming and her team are great. Super friendly and very welcoming. What they do need to work on however, is taking their clients in at their appointed time. I understand that at times, things happen, and things run a bit behind. But every single time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait at least 30 mins. My very first appt, I waited 45 to be seen by the doctor.
