We needed 25 gift baskets for employee Christmas gifts, unfortunately we were scrambling because we waited last minute to order employee gifts. I found Loubon by doing a search and wanted to order the 25 of the \golden sleigh\. Unfortunately they were sold out, however Joan was able to assist me by coming up with some alternate solutions. She helped me create a basket and customize it to our company colours (blue). Not only that, even though it is such a busy time and I was ordering it super last minute, they were able to ensure the delivery arrived on time for when I needed it (3 days from the day I placed the order) ! I ordered a Wine, Cheese and Crackers basket for my dad on Father's Day. Came on time and he loved it. He must have called three times to say thank you. Highly recommended.
