The Deluxe Thai Massage (combination of Thai foot and body massage) left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed. The parts of my body that I had been struggling with - feet, shoulders and hips - released offering me more mobility and comfort. I've had a lot of massages in my lifetime as it is a very important part of my overall wellness program. I must say that I've never had an experience like this before. This is what a massage should feel like. I have never been so well stretched, deeply massaged and taken care of like this before. Liz truly knows her anatomy and understands the human body well. She is also a sweet heart and exudes such positive energy. Highly recommend!
Liz was super kind, mindful, warm and welcoming! She had really nice energy, ensured the pressure was just right and had some great techniques. I felt revitalized after a 60 minute massage session for relaxation and tension release. She gave me a big hug afterwards which I thought was really kind of her! Lovely little studio space with a clean and calming ambience.
Liz is excellent. She has a naturally calming disposition which is so valuable when looking for the perfect stress relieving massage. Just being around her made me feel a sense of calm. I have had 2 massages, a Thai herbal massage and a foot massage. Both were very good. I will be returning for more work from her. I have seen many massage therapists, but she is the best! Super affordable and she offers everything you could possibly home for in a great massage experience. Thanks so much Liz!
