Our home is 150 years old and was in need of an update. We were looking for a company that could do everything in one package - windows, siding, exterior doors, eaves, troughs and fascia. We got multiple quotes and after a lot of discussion decided to go with Lormac. Mike came to our home and we went through everything that we were looking for, he was a great help and provided lots of options. We really liked that it was a local company, we liked the people and we liked the products they used -the windows especially. The siding was installed first and the installer, Mark, was fantastic. The eaves, troughs and fascia were next up, then the windows. The installers were all amazing, very friendly and professional at all times. They stayed focused to their work. We really appreciated having Sharon as our contact, at the office. She was a great help through the process, also. We have a few more windows, another door and an addition of a sliding door to do in the future and we hope to work with Lormac for those projects. We would recommend Lormac without hesitation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE and FRIENDLY. Lormac was recommended to us and I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone I knew that needed a new door. Already recommended them to our neighbour. They went well above our expectation with their friendly and professional service. Even doing little touches that were not expected from them. When the job was completed the area was cleaner then when they started. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Had lormac out for an estimate. He seemed nice at first but as with any home reno we booked other people out. He seemed pushy but knew what he was talking about and saod if we sign right now we can get a deal new home owner so we signed. 2 months after the supposed date for doors they finally went in. (2months late) than (over 2 months late for siding). They said they would clean up after themselves. They did not. Than they finally came back to finish the siding. They took our shutters down plus with siding on our driveway they said (they would clean it up) after a day we were upset. It only takes a couple seconds to put shutters up. They came back finally to put the shutters up ( half job we had to finish with the other screws we found in our garden) when they finally left they missed siding and missed screws in the shudders. Honestly all this company cares about is your money and that is it. I had someone from lormac call while i was waiting for over due work to be done. I was upset and i told her my experience. She was appalled and said if it was her home she wouldn't want them to come back either. So there you have it. Shop elsewhere unless u want to get screwed over
Excellent.Exclellent to deal with...
Called in to set up a consultation, receptionist was extremely rude and treated me like garbage. After notifying Lormac she was the reason I reconsidered their services, the receptionist repeatedly calls back and harassed me for not making a consultation. Needless to say, never contacting again.
