They are very busy in the month of June. I've had allot of issues contacting anyone there. On one side one can understand. But on the other, It's predictable so why not add the staff ? Like my accountant around march... Adds staff it's his business and these are the times. So after a couple of emails and a bad review, they called me back... The issue was resolved with the tenant and the bail bond issued very fast. So far im happy. Now let's just hope we don't need to go into the recovery process. It's a new innovative thing that I find as a blessing to have and it's reassuring. As an insurance policy, Let's hope we don't need to use it but if it happens I will surely review it here.
