Stayed at the campground for 2 nights and was really nice. Right on the beach, can see whales from your site. Staff are friendly and did an excellent job trying to accommodate we only spoke english. Took the 3 hour tour as well and really enjoyed it! Great value for the money and 10 % Is offered if you camp and take the tour which is amazing. Washrooms and showers are only for cabin those tenting. Have onsite laundry but their dryer failed to dry any of our laundry which is unfortunate as it is expensive at 2/load.

I liked this camping, but we had an amazing site right on the ocean/beach. Most spots are very close, at the worst one "street" away. Friendly staff. Like all private campgrounds not enormous lots, but good enough. No road noise as you are far enough from the Highway.

It was a fantastic experience! I didnt expect to eat sea urchins. I also loved seeing seals, puffins, and whales close!

I was raised in Hâvre-Saint-Pierre & always Went back as there is nothing like the ocean particularly Côte Nord & have taken tours of the island many times but I never discovered them the way we did with the captain and guide we had thanks to Loiselle Family in Longue Pointe de Maingan ! The guide is doing this entirely for her passion of teaching & the ocean ! She is a full time teacher for special aid Kids, she is part of the firefighter team and she is here sharing her passion for history and her knowledge with us. .. The captain will even listen to the 12 max people per boat excursion & adapt its corse to please everyone ! We seen so many whales, seals, puffins. .. They are one of the only with a permit to go on the Îles aux PERROQUETS & we even got to taste urchins as the captain is one of the only few to have a commercial licence to fish urchins. .. They are so passionate & had our group so interested that our tour of the islands lasted 1hr more than usually offered ! Me and the Kids learned so much from them & look at the Kids smiles. .. need I say more ?

Entreprise familiale, elle nous accueille au kiosque avec le sourire et la passion dans les yeux. Elle répond à tout. Excellent prix. Si mauvais temps, nous ne partons pas en mer, sécurité avant tout et remboursement sans problème. Très bon équipement fourni (manteau-veste de flottaison) aucune odeur. Lui, navigue comme un capitaine d'expérience. Il sait tout de la mer, des oiseaux, des îles, des courants, des mammifères. Il nous fait déguster des oursins. Nous prend par la main pour ne pas perdre pied lors de l'arbordage. Fait des petits détours pour nous montrer des colonies de phoques. Extraordinaire entreprise et sortie en mer mémorable. BRAVO et longue vie à la Famille Loiselle.
