After trying at 2 other stores we had such awesome service here purchasing my daughters first guitar. We looked at all the beginner acoustic guitars and she seemed pretty set on 1 but not sold. The guy, who's name I wish I could remember, gave us a few minutes to talk about it and comes back with a guitar they just got in. Huge smile on my daughters face, she couldn't even talk. 50 bucks cheaper. Kids happy. Dads happy. Mom loves that she is not tied to a screen. Wallet is thicker. Daughter already wants to save up for an electric. Win win win

I've been coming here for years and never really had any problems until last week when I requested a repair/setup on my electric. While on the phone with a manager they said the cost would be 75 plus cost of strings. After going in person the clerk looked at my guitar, I was told it would cost 75 plus the cost of strings to confirm the prices. The strings cost 6.90 Then I got a bill for 120. When questioning the bill she said there were extra charges because it has a tremolo. After telling me too bad would I like to give the guitar back? Without offering the help of a manager. She couldn't care less. This isn't a mechanic, there's no ripping customers off. Thank you for the refund from the manager. Seriously regretting going here, not to mention not a single person explained to me what was done on my guitar. Your staff need to be trained better because after my last experience I sure do not want to come back ever again.

I had a terrible time placing an order online to be shipped out of the province due to the site contradicting itself with shipping but Lindsey (sorry if misspelled) from the Nanaimo location saved my keister big time. Very helpful!
