All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Having no experience buying a new instrument i was comforting to have helpful staff that wasn't pressuring me. I later returned for a warranty fix and they went out of their way to make sure it was done in a reasonable time.

There's a reason why there are so many positive reviews. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The overall environment is very warm and welcoming. If you are there, go look for Ben for your guitar needs, he's super knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say it'll be my go to place for this novice guitar player. Thanks guys.

My previous experiences were positive. The staff team was super helpful and knowledgable. But this time, my dad went there to buy cork grease for me. Since they didn't have the one that I wanted, they made my dad buy the synthetic cork grease and order the natural one which would be shipped there from a different store. I never used the synthetic one and they wouldn't let me return for hygienic reasons due to the COV-19 situation(totally reasonable). However, the cork grease that they shipped from a different store was open and looked used(the new one is suppose to be flat at the top and the edges were suppose to be chamfered; refer to photos for the one they sent me). By their own reasoning for not allowing me to return my synthetic cork grease, I don't think they should have sold this product due to hygienic issues. Just make sure to open the product with them when you are ordering to make sure you are receiving a new product, not a used one.
