Have been going to L&M for years to have my guitars serviced. Staff have always been friendly and professional. Have purchased many guitars and guitar accessories from them. Was just there again today for curbside pickup on some new guitar accessories. Travis came right to my car and gave me my items. Thank You L&M. Stay safe

I am incredibly happy with the excellent customer service that Ed gave me in the guitar department. He helped me get a leather guitar strap which I must say, smells great and is awesome quality leather ️️️️️ (I asked Specifically for this model number) I also purchased a capo and some “Gold(bronze) and black coloured nylon guitar strings”. Ed helped me confirm the strings colour before the purchase and that was comforting. The curb side pick up was fast and efficient.
