Fantastic store and helpful staff. Came in with lots of questions and a desire to get an acoustic guitar with a budget in mind; left with all my questions answered and a beautiful Simon and Patrick acoustic guitar.

New location is indeed much improved, with roomy display and renovated interior, plus some badly needed parking space. But that is pretty much all good about it, based on my visit in November, 2020. First, 2 things we tried to get are listed as on stocks on the website for this location but nowhere to be found. Just such a mess with their relocating. Staff all look like strangers, even they claimed no staff changeover. We shopped at the old Burlington site for years, and know those folks and even befriended some of them, but the guys at the new store all look different. If they provide the same level of service, we would be fine, but they didn't. The dedication and attention are not there, and sometimes struggling with the system. They really need bring their old management and staff back!

I've been buying from various L&M stores over the years and always found the service to be great. For the last 18 or so years I have been visiting the Burlington location and love the new store - both the look/feel and the ample parking I am especially pleased with recent work that was done on my 25 year old Gibson J200. The tuners were replaced as well as the nut and the whole thing was set up superbly (action etc.). Plays the best it ever has. I also just had a really old Marshall JCM900 100W Combo worked on (new valves plus a whole bunch of other stuff) and it came back sounding better than it ever has. Top marks from me.
