WOW! What else can I say but wow! I showed up here a couple of days before Christmas to purchase a few things for my 15 year old nephew to encourage him to stop playing video games and to start learning how to DJ. I was greeted by Jordon Kells. I had no idea what I was looking for and what I needed. Even though there were 5 people behind me Jordon helped me pick out the right things and took his time to help me understand the pros and cons about different products and their similarities so I could understand what it was that I'm actually buying. Within the last 5 years I have never experienced such excellent customer service from somebody. Thank you Jordon! You are a huge asset to Long and McQuade and I will continue to shop there and encourage my family and friends to do so as well because of the service I have received. He loves everything and he's taking it very seriously. Thank you for your time Jordon, we will be back soon!

I commend Brad, their guitar technician. I brought my broken in 2 pieces flying V guitar and I’m so amazed on how he fixed and made it playable and look made my guitar look nice again. Would definitely recommend this guy to my friends from now on

The store is awesome. They have a very good selection of instruments, also rental with great pricing. We talked to the store manager (he was nearby. We didn't search for the manager) and he helped us answering all our questions and providing a 5-star service. I strongly recommend this store.

Walked in and appreciated that the lower floor staff were all masked, but upper floor staff were not. We were looking for a specific kit and the staff member kept us waiting as she spent 15-20 minutes searching online and other locations. All this while there were about 20 customers on the upper floor - no social distancing possible at this point. The unmasked employees and the amount of customers made us feel nervous about being in an enclosed space for more than half an hour. Left the store with no kit in hand, but happily found it at Tom Lee - where they regulate how many customers come into the store and all staff there are taking Covid precautions and wearing masks.
