I recently leased my new Kia Seltos here and had a fantastic experience! I called before sales opened and was forwarded directly to Cara (I assume she was driving to work at the time). Within minutes I had my appointment booked and by the end of the week, I had my car :) They even jump-started and picked up my trade right from my garage (overall took about 5 minutes). Flawless, easy and fast experience all over! So glad I went out of my way to come here! Would recommend again and again!

A nice open spacious dealership. Lots of vehicles to look at inside and out. Staff were very friendly and I did not have to book an appointment to view any vehicles. That said the vehicle that I wanted to look at was not available at the time when I went there. Accessible entry and parking. #localguides
It was my first time buying a new vehicle at a dealership and my experience at London's Airport Kia was absolutely excellent! Incredible customer/sales service from Cara and the business managers who helped me through the process of getting my brand new Kia Seltos. The whole sales team accommodated to my needs for my dream SUV. Not to mention when I received my vehicle, the salesperson helping me out presented me with all the features inside my car for a good 45 minutes. Thank you Robert for your outstanding introduction, assistance and knowledge for my vehicle while doing it in a friendly manner. Overall excellent service from the Sales and Business Managers. Definitely going back again for my Kia Services.
Staffs are very friendly, they explained the car in details. Went through the paper work line by line to help me understand what exactly I'm paying for. No so called \mandatory\ insurance that other dealership tries to sell me just because they want to make money. No hidden fees on the bill or whatsoever. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a new Kia car!
Don't come here, they make fake documents, fake customer signatures, make false information, I will contact a lawyer to file a complaint. wasting time complaint with sale manager Dan Mcnill. 2020/08/12 updated from service ontario and they gave me actual copy regiested form from dealer that's not my signature, waiting Dean Hattim contact me.
