We owned a home in a new subdivision in Lambeth, Foxfield ( Bakervilla St, Red Thorne , Debra Cr) - we did not have a good experience because the developers family and friends owned many homes in the subdivision and were constantly selling to get back their home investments. We ended up moving out because the subdivision had no character and no one took pride in their properties. The next subdivision over called Heathwoods ( also Bakervilla st, and then Campbell St , Winterberry Pl) is far better managed and has better quality builders and homes.
