Bought an iPhone case from their very limited selection. After taking it home found out the case wont allow a factory charging cable to go in the charging port. So the case would have to come off everytime we charge. Tried to take it back and found out there is a no return policy on their items. So before you buy from this store but your item through a vigorous test or else you'll be stuck with a defective product! I can understand a no return policy but when an item is defective it should be refunded. Bad business policy, well your obviously not very good at reading your customers neither we've given return business to you but will no longer be doing that. You have a great day

Had the screen on my phone replaced.... once I picked the phon up and tried using it, typing words has been almost impossible, writing texts is infuriating. It jumps and doesn’t respond, adds letters and you can’t click some areas of the screen at times. Took it back and mentioned the typing issue... the guy at the desk pressed a few keys (not typing words) said it was fine and sent me on my way. Now I’m out a hundred bucks and still have a messed up screen which I will have to take to have replaced yet again. Very unimpressed, poor customer service.
