Terrible customer service. Rented a walker for a family member and was given a defective product. The right side brakes didn't work and my family member almost fell due to this. When I tried to get a refund I was told it has to be done by the manager. It has been months and the manager never called me. No accountability and clearly do not care about customer service. Disgusting place of business.

The place and products are fine. You have to really chat with the staff in order to cheer them up and get them talking and helping you. Otherwise, they're not particularly friendly or willing to help. I also don't understand why they make you come in for an appointment, when the store is not busy and there are at least 3 staff members on the floor who can help you (for example, a fitting takes around 15-ish minutes). It would be much easier for the customer if they could be accommodating right then and there, and didn't have to drive another 30 minutes the next day. Also, they don't call you back when you inquire about your products - in my experience at least. So for that reason 3 stars, but if that didn't happen 4 stars, and would be 5 if the staff was more proactive about helping you!
I cannot express how poorly I am treated each time I come into either shoppers home health/wellwise. I am followed around like a thief and immediately treated like an inconvenience until I leave. As someone who would like to pick up supplies for the studio and direct clients here for bandaging etc. After repetitive trips only to be treated this way I will not be returning or directing clients here. I am in awe of how rude the staff is. Also here is a tip- instead of having the small items: gauze, gloves, single use tagaderm etc in the furthest spot away from the cash, maybe move them closer where you can see them, and put the giant items further away instead?
