Bob & Team are fantastic! Since discovering him, I not only added him to my referral list for my clients BUT I have also started using them personally for all transactions. They are skilled, diligent and knowledgeable, which is exactly what I was looking for in a lawyer but the fees are reasonable with no hidden costs. Being a smaller firm, sometimes touching base with Bob directly is difficult but Angela and team are always there, ready to answer any questions you may have. If you're looking for a lot of direct contact and hand holding, this may not be the place for you BUT if you want to hand over the work and let the team do their job, give this team a shot.

We had a very quick closing date on our home, Bob was able to schedule an appointment for us. Being that we were first time homebuyers he took the time to provide some advice at each step, and carefully explained each piece of documentation. The paralegals and reception were all very friendly and congratulated us which was very nice. Bob is the most inexpensive real estate attorney in the London area, and he is definitely worth more than what he charges so take advantage before he raises his price!
I don't know where to begin about them. Beyond accommodating, very professional and friendly people. This office was above and beyond to accommodate our deadline that we almost missed for reasons out of our control. They were always willing to help us even by working late hours to ensure we meet our deadlines. My husband and I always speak positively about them and we highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help!

My fiance had to deal with Mr. Wood as an estate lawyer. Besides being unreachable 90% of the time Mr. Wood continually showed a lack of professionalism from hand drawn accounting records instead of actual copies of the records, to delivering noncertified cheques making the process take even longer than the four years it already took and costing the parties involved even more money for what should have been included in the legal fees. While it is not all his fault there is no doubt in my mind that this man had no will to carry out his duties in a reasonable time frame has he had to be continually pressed by all people involved to get things done as well as telling misinformation. If I could rate this any lower I would. He doesn't deserve even one star.
Mr. Wood and his staff are amazing. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Wood is a highly respected and competent Solicitor.
