My grandmother decided to book a ticket through here to come to my graduation. It should have taken 20 minutes. She was stuck there for over 2 hours. The man helping her was rude. And, most importantly, it ended up costing her 80.00 more than it would have if she had just let my mom do it. On the positive side, the manager is very nice.
