Erin presented UroSpot's service offering to the London Prostate Cancer Support Group last fall, it was received with much intrigue. I decided earlier this year to participate in UroSpot's kegel services. I had prostatectomy surgery three and half years, and to date I am cancer free. One of the significant side effects of prostate surgery is in incontinence, this can be a short term disruption for some, but a long term issue for many. Luckily for me it was a short term issue, but I continued to have many sleep disruptions due to trips to the bathroom. Upon completion of my six sessions I started to notice a reduction in my bathroom visits, after about six weeks I was down to one bathroom break per night, finally a great nights sleep. I would suggest to all you (men) suffering from post prostate surgery incontinence don't be embarrassed any longer, there is a non-intrusive solution available.

Very professional, the nurse there was put me at ease. She was funny and kind as was the receptionist. The treatment really works. I feel more comfortable. It has also helped with my lower back pain. I have had lower back pain for over 10 years and now it is gone.
Can't think of a single bad thing about my entire experience. Who knew sitting in a chair could provide this kind of relief? After battling and defeating rectal cancer, my bowels were not near what I was used to. Urospot got me back on track faster than I thought possible. It didn't immediately take me back to pre-surgery state, that would be impossible... But it allowed me to sit comfortably for hours at a time, something I hadn't done in over a year. Being a man and going to a place where the main demo is women... I wasn't sure it was where I should be heading. I'm glad I did. They made me feel great and allowed me to be me. Sometimes it's hard to share personal details... But do it so they can assist you in the best ways they know how. You only live once... That's the mentality and focus you need to better every aspect of your life and health. If Urospot can help you live a better life.. Try it. I did, and I'm here making this review in hopes your quality of life can improve as well.
After completing my sessions I couldn't believe how much stronger and confident I felt as a result. Workouts, sleeping through the night, working all day and realizing how long it's been since I've gone to the washroom. I've got my time and sleep back. Simply life changing. I would recommend this to every woman, you are worth it!
Urospot is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and informative. I felt at ease with their caring nature. With only three treatments, my pelvic muscles have strengthened. I recently finished all of my treatments at Urospot and aside from the clinic being beautiful and the staff all being super friendly and professional, my experience has been amazing! I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door and my results are that I went from waking in the night multiple times to use bathroom, to sleeping through the night. The urge to use the bathroom constantly no longer exists! I finally get the sleep I need!!!

I just finished my full treatment at UROSPOT. The experience has been incredible. First of all the staff is so caring, so professional, and I learned so much about my pelvic floor! I had tried pelvic floor physio in the past at Mama’s Physio and it was not for me. I found it a really awful experience. When she told me to “exhale out my flower” I knew this was not going to work. My OBGYN recommended UROSPOT and I loved the idea of keeping my clothes on. For me I was leaking every time I laughed, sneezed, worked out and I always had to go. It took about 4 sessions before I noticed a step change in my results but now that I’m done 6 sessions I am SO thrilled with the results. I don’t even think about it anymore. I am leak free and my urge issues are totally gone!! This changed my life!!!
