Absolutely appalled at the customer service I received over the phone this morning, I'm not sure if the employee was having a bad day and chose to take it out on me but when I asked her for help she was impossible with me and then laughed in my ear and transferred me... If her goal was to make me feel super uncomfortable and never want to shop here again she certainly was successful. I live and work in the area and will be sure to share how disrespectfully I was treated to my neighbors, friends and customers.

Small store but kind staff. I had to get keys cut for my children while my hubby was at the heart clinic up the street. They were awesome helpful and kind. Much appreciated during this time.
