What an amazing find! I love this food and had an opportunity to try a tamale. Staff mentioned that this was not a gluten free facility, although indicated that the Tamale was safe to eat if you were celiac! Its amazing to find a place that is aware of food allergies specifically celiac. Well done. Food was amazing. #localguides #gf #glutenfree
