We had a great experience working with Ticketwindow.ca. The team was really helpful and responsive and it provided us with a very easy-to-use system for our fundraising event! Our next event will definitely include some custom design work to finesse the ordering system to our needs, but overall would highly recommend this system to businesses and charities looking for a streamlined and effective tool for ticketing!

I used Ticketwindow on more than one occasion and have had nothing but above par experiences with the platform, customer service and easy to use daily reports.
I purchased tickets for the Bala Cranberry festival online. I had signed in with my Facebook not realizing it was still attached to an email I do not use anymore. I sent them a message on Facebook and they resent my tickets to the correct email within 5 minutes of me contacting them. Best service and easiest time in purchasing online tickets.
