Worst property management company I have experienced in over 40 years of owning rental properties. They always avoid your calls, they never return voicemails or messages and when you do finally reach them they lie and say they are taking care of issues. Months and months go by and nothing changes. Never hire this company, you will be sadly disappointed.
Highly unprofessional property managers. Sean and Rosemary often ignored our calls and emails. They did not want to help the owners or tenants solve the numerous issues that came up due to their mismanagement of the condos. They often misrepresented information that was needed to help the board deal with important issues like structural and water damages. They are still withholding records that are the property of Condo Corporation. Overall, Sean, Rosemary and Mark are extremely poor and unethical business people and we do not recommend you hire this company. Please look else where!
Please read and do not hire this company! I'm writing this review as a board member of our condominial corporation and as a condo owner. I'd like to share my experiences first hand as it's extremely important for anyone who is thinking of hiring this company. Please note, I will be filing a formal complaint with the CMRAO against Thorne for the following reasons. Sean, Mark and Rosemary are by far the most unprofessional individuals we have ever had to deal with. Throughout the multiple years they were our property managers, they constantly ignored emails, calls, and any requests to assist with major issues that the owners and board members raised. They withheld pertinent information that board members requested and refused to provide answers to multiple questions that pertain to structural and water damages caused by the developers. Thankfully, I refused to give up and I decided to contact CMRAO and learn about our rights as owners and board members. When we confronted them with all of this information, including documented evidence, proof of emails that showcased their problematic and unprofessional behaviours, THEY QUIT! If anyone else has information that can help, please contact me @ [email protected] We have since hired another company that is doing a fantastic job and we continue to uncover more evidence to share with CMRAO that will help expose the business dealings of this unethical company!
