Great facility. Lots of parking although there is lots of construction at the moment and its hard to find parking that is accessible. The dressing rooms are congested when trying to enter but surprisingly large. The ice surface is nice and they have an indoor track around the ice surface if you are so inclined to go for a walk or a run. The seating is on one side of the surface only but it is stadium seating.

I always appreciated the sheer abundance here. Machines, weights, all across a decent floor space, cages/racks, not to mention stretching areas, cardio machines of all kinds, classes of all kinds, loads of lockers and showers and toilets. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the locker rooms always clean. I would have no issue paying for a day pass to come back here (though I think they’re on the steep side) because there’s so much you can do once you step in the doors.
