Ordered silicone debossed wristbands for a personal cause. Fantastic product and very high quality. Timing was delayed due to an issue with the first production run, but Matt W was extremely responsive (same day) and apologetic, and even proactively offered a discount to compensate me for the delay. I believe he even expedited shipping to minimize the length of the delay. Overall... happy with the product and the service. Would order from them again.
My experience from Wristband Man was great service, completed faster then I needed and I was on a tight timeline. There was a color mix-up and they had it fixed and back to me really quickly! I'll be using them again for any of their products that I will need! (Plus he was local for me and dealing with a small business I find way better than through the internet to a company in another country. It might mean a slight price difference, but completely worth it)
I called and asked if they could make some bands to show people that Lyme disease is a disease and they made them even better then I thought they would have turned out. Fast delivery. Ordered 500 sublimated cloth event wristbands - sent him an e-mail after dealing with a few other suppliers who kept trying to add charges once they supplied me with a proof. He gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper, and sent proof in a matter of hours. To top it off the product arrived in 5 business days (5 days faster than expected!) Overall great experience and will order again.
