Less than impressed with this store. Ordered 2 new tables back in December. Was backordered due to COVID for a few months. A couple weeks later the same tables went on sale. I called to ask for them to adjust our price. They said yes, but couldn't do it until the order was picked up, so we had to wait. We then picked up the order early Feb, so I called to follow up with the price adjustment. Of course they have no notes or record of this.. thankfully I kept the email from the sales rep. They said they would look into it. I provided my card number for the credit bit 2 weeks later nothing has happened. Called yet again to follow up and the credit wasn't processed.. no record of it. So again had to explain the entire situation and ask for it again. To date they have said they will issue the refund again .. so will see if they follow through this time. Super disappointed that I had to practically fight for my credit nearly 4 months later. Would rather spend the extra money to go elsewhere with better customer service.

Taylor K. was the sales rep that we dealt with on Sunday, November 29. He acknowledged us when we entered to the store and offered to assist us. He directed us to the items we were looking for and gave us time to look around. He followed up and asked if we needed more help. He was very polite and professional. He was able to answer any of our questions, listened to what we were looking for and assisted us with our purchases. We ended up coming back later the same day and ordering more items and requested his service. Great job Taylor! We definitely be back!
