It says on the website that the swim is free. Even on the email receipt It says 0 It is not! They have hiked up the prices from last year by 25% and the diving boards and water slide is not open . The swims are cut down to an hour and a half ( an hour once you wait in line for 30 min) How can you charge that when you're literally getting none of the amenities and half the time ? Rip off!! Why bother opening ?! And no one respects social distancing ! Also run by teenagers that have no customer service skills . I would give it zero stars if I could . Splash pads and the beautiful great lakes are free and you don't get bossed around by people half your age .

50 meters heated pool, has a beach entry, slide
Awesome pool. Very large. Great childrens area and huge pool with various depths.
I earned my bronze star and bronze cross at this pool from, in my opinion, the best swimming instructor in the London area:Jim. He is also available for swimming lessons and he makes sure all of his students have the necessary requirements to pass. All of the managers are very friendly too, with an overall extremely friendly staff!! It is an amazingly welcoming place to swim at as they always have life guards to help you with any situation. I also volunteered here and it was the best week of my life. Other than that Thames pool is an exceptional outdoor swimming pool which can suffice for hours and hours of fun. Highly recommend recreational swim and swimming lessons
I was busy it was great
