We had an issue with our phone it was 2 month old Samsung S10. Nathan was amazing to deal with this frustrating situation. He took ownership of the situation and did not pass it off. He found a solution to our issue. He walked us through the process of a phone that is not working due to a manufacturer issue. It was amazing to have someone like Nathan that is working at this location. We came in stressed and frustrated. By the end of the interaction we were telling jokes and laughing. To have someone that can turn around such a bad situation into a good one with a solution is amazing. Nathan checked in with us a few days after and dealt with Samsung for us. Thank you Nathan and thank you Telus for hiring such a great employee.

I went in yesterday to get some information on renewing our cell plan, and Lynsy Duncan, Assistant Store Manager, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and took time to review our current usage and compared to the new plans available, and showed me how I could save over 50/month. I told her that unfortunately due to our location being so far away from London that we probably wouldn’t be actually completing the sale at their London location and I asked if there was a way she could get credit for her service if we went to another location ... she said not to be worrying about that at all. Her concern was just that TELUS had a happy customer . Class act in customer service. Well done Lynsy. Looking for a phone with TELUS, check it out and ask for Lynsy!
