Very unprofessional service, asked for multiple documents which were all sent through and never even looked at. No responses or follow up when I was told they would get back to me by a certain time. I had to send another message to get any response. Kept blaming the landlord for not having any information for me. I do not recommend getting involved with this company.

Rented a property from here, the agent we dealt with corey was awful and rude to deal with. We are immigrants looking for a house and when i bought up some complaints about the house, like how it isn't well lit and doesn’t have proper electrical outlets, corey responded “ i don’t like you people as a group” one of the bedroom in the house does not heat properly he replies “ we cant remodel the house to suit your preference” never had a harder time renting out from anyone else.
STUDENTS BEWARE!! Absurd mistreatment of clients, poor upkeep of properties, and this scummy company charges insane fees for every possible thing. Tom is disrespectful, rude, and overall a poor example of ethical and honourable behavior.
