The best plumbers in all of Canada! I found them through Google search. The site looked good and I liked they were a local company. I thought I would try them out. I hit the jackpot and chose the right company. Everything was good - price, speed, booking process. I was overall very impressed with the service you offered and was thankful that you were able to shift my appointment time easily without any extra fee or waiting period. My sewer line got blocked and I was in an absolute panic. I was running around like a headless chicken thought my house was going to be destroyed. I quickly called these guys. they calmed me down and sent a team over immediately. They were able to get everything under control quickly and assured me it would not be a difficult job. What can I say your company is head and shoulders above the rest. If you have hired plumbers before you know the headaches they can cause. I’ve had other companies just not show up to appointments without even bothering to call. This company was not like that at all. They went out of their way to schedule a time as early as possible and they arrived right on the dot. I always appreciate when people are on time so for that thank you very much. Super service and super repair job. You guys made my life much more peaceful. For a second I thought I may have a nervous breakdown due to the leaking pipes going on at my house. What a reliable and professional company. You guys take your work very seriously but are still very friendly. The way your team is set up is really customer focused, everything you do is centred around making sure the customer is happy and receives the best service. I had just purchased a new boiler and I was thinking about DIY installation. Thankfully, my wife convinced me to hire someone who actually is a professional and knows what they are doing. I had a friend recommend Superior Plumbing & Heating, so I called them up and booked my appointment. The service was great and they had my new boiler installed right away. 2 weeks ago, I noticed a strange smell from my sink, to be exact, from the drain. When I was a child, we used to have this problem too, every winter! And I recall the culprit of the smell- frozen pipes! I have no idea what to do about them. I called my father, who advised me not to defrost it on my own and call a technician. That's what I did. I don't actually know what you did with my pipes, but they unfroze. Thanks, guys.
