Was just verbally dismissed by phone over an incorrect warranty statement on their website. Last I knew, companies are required to stand by what is on their website. I still like their products, just a matter of them defending something that is not defendable. I could tell the representative was becoming annoyed.

Last year I bought an FS 111 trimmer was told this is the model the city buys I am very unhappy with the whole experience I answered survey but never heard from them. I just bought a 780.00 chainsaw it is not a Stihl I deal with the city employees almost daily and when I asked about their Stihl they said \STIHL\ you're kidding.
