Frank & Gee were extremely professional and thoughtful while in our home. They did an awesome job on our carpets and area rugs which I thought were never going to come up but now look like new again! Guy and Frank did an incredible job. The carpets looked fantastic afterwards. They were friendly, professional, and great problem solvers. We hit some obstacles with the layout and access to water in my house. They went above and beyond, staying far later than expected, to ensure the job was finished and that it was quality work. They were humble and lovely to work with all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for cleaning!
We love Steamers and can't thank them enough for the services they provided my business!! They are very genuine, personable, understanding, and professional. My business is located in a 100 year old former factory that serviced our fine country through two global conflicts. Recently in June and July of 2020 during the global COVID-19 pandemic, my business suffered three pretty severe floods. Brian and his crew used their brand new and state-of-the-art equipment to steam clean of floors, couches, cushions, and upholstery. They were very understanding of our business operations and worked around our scheduling. Their prices are also very fair compared to the market. After looking at how clean everything is, the service they provided us far outweighed the price we paid (which again was very good!). Cupcakes and coffee for life Brian and crew. Thank you so much!!!
