Hired this company to do tile and grout cleaning. The outcome was amazing and the floor looks almost new again. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days and the service was quick. The employees were kind and professional. Would definitely use them again and would recommend their service.
I’ve had many issues with them as they were hired by my property manager. First they unlocked and walked into my home with 0 notice. I had to set all of my security alarms off and they were lucky my dog wasn’t home. Then when they finally left after realizing they had the wrong unit, they left my door unlocked for 3 hours until we returned home. Then when we did get adequate notice, they once again unlocked and Walked into my house without knocking and then got mad when we asked them to step outside while we got the dog leashed up. I’ve never heard of a company just walking into a house and this happened more than once. I would never use them or recommend them.
They did a really great job with my carpet. Highly recommended.
Great service!! They came at the scheduled time, quick response, efficient and the end result was fabulous. We had smoke and odor damage in our house and thought my carpets needed replacing, but not now, they look clean and the odor is gone. I will definitely recommend this company and will use their service again. Thanks kindly!
