Dismal customer service. Owner literally swore and muttered under his breath at me after I asked him to explain why he was adding a debit surcharge of 50 cents for a 10 transaction. Inexcusably unprofessional.

They charge extra 50 cents PER strip of bus tickets if you use debit/credit. Normally places do a 50 cent charge if you’re using a card... but an extra 50 cents PER STRIP? How does that make sense? They are trying to make a PROFIT off of selling LTC bus tickets! that is a just a rip off for no good reason. They have ZERO customer service and are rude. Place is also trashy. Do NOT go here.
