Slow too often, many occasions where our streaming was incredibly slow at various times of the day. Moving and went to do a simple pre-set close out of the account, account reflected an end of month closing, but they suspended our services 10 days early, leaving us with no services but still a full bill in their system. Called to rectify and they admitted they “must’ve hit the wrong button” and couldn’t guarantee a time when our services would be reinstated. Thanks start.ca!

Honestly, my experience was great! Easy to order/set up/get installed. Follow up was quick, connection is great and the cost is affordable! Only small hiccup: when the installation happened, I wasn’t aware beforehand that I needed an existing router (to go alongside the modem supplied). I went out and purchased one, but knowing before the install date would have been helpful. Other than that, great provider - would absolutely recommend.

We love Start.ca. Never thought I would leave the bigger guys with this type of service but my son and daughter had been telling me it was time to change and we finally listened. Boy am I sorry I didn’t leave before. You guys kick butt!! Such a breath of fresh air to actually talk to a live person as well. Thank you!!

I used start.ca years ago but moved to a location they didn’t service. It was the worst 3 years of my online life!! Soo glad to have moved and get start.ca back in my home, it never fails me. They have customer service available 24/7, but the service is soo good I haven’t needed it even once.
