My usual store. Ordered online and picked up at curbside. Associate was polite and friendly, and put item in trunk of car. No waiting. Pick up spots in parking lot. Could not ask any questions about product. Had to call toll free number.

We run a small technology business and we try to ensure that we buy local as much as possible. Most people wouldn't think of staples as a small business, but that's until you meet the manager, Brock. WOW, he truly gets our business and just like us, he \literally\ goes the extra mile, which helps us keep our promises to our clients and in business. I wouldn't think of buying printer, computers and office supplies from anywhere else! - thank you Wellington staples for all the hard work!
Had a wonderful experience purchasing a stand up desk today. Ryan, the customer rep who assisted us was extelremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even loaded the heavy box into our vehicle. He came and assisted us right as he saw us looking at the desks and was able to answer all of our questions or concerns.
When you can find staff to help you, there is about a 50/50 shot that they can actually help you get what you need. Prices are okay to totally outlandish. I wish they would stop carrying the \as seen on TV\, toilet paper and paper towel and focus more on paper supplies.
Worst service ever.. If your going to staples forget this one.. Management doest know what good customer service is.. If you ask to have something fax for you because of your own personal issue. Handicap disabled etc.. They dont care.. Its a do it yourself machine.. They say.. Why should we help you is my response.. If you where busy i understand.. There was no one in the store but 10 workers..
