I was visiting London at the end of February and left my car in the underground lot below the Park Hotel overnight. Someone broke into my car and stole a back pack. My rear side window was smashed in and I had to get back to Toronto that same day. I called and spoke with Jeff at Standard Auto Glass who immediately made time for me to come in. He cleaned up the window area, vacuumed all the glass, sanitized the rear seats, and installed a double plastic cover on the window with allowed me to get away! It worked like a charm. Took him about 45 minutes to do the work. When it came time to pay he said \No charge!\ I insisted I pay him, but he wouldn't take anything. Not often you get this kind of service and kindness from anyone these days. Thank you Jeff for renewing my faith in people!

They took the huge crack in the first picture and completely filled it in. I was able to get in on the same day, within hours. The service was kind and helpful, and the repair is practically invisible (bugs are visible, however).
I was incredibly impressed with Standard Auto Glass on Wharncliffe. To say Jeff Jr. and John went above and beyond still doesn't summarize the service. I called this morning, received an appointment for 11:00am, and the service was done by 12:00pm. They explained the pricing and also assisted to line up tinting. After the service, I got into my car to 2 VERY clean mats. I was not expecting my mats to be cleaned as it was unrelated but it just goes to show the level of service they aim deliver. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Highly highly recommend. I hope I won't need to go back but if I do, I know exactly where to go!
I was pretty upset after thugs broke into my car by smashing the side window. When I arrived Monday morning at Downtown Auto Glass, I felt relief in just a few minutes. With a fast quote, a promise of completion the next day, an offer to store my car overnight, and a ride to and from work, along with friendly, professional service, I was able to put this upsetting incident quickly behind me. Thank you Jeff and team!!
Absolutely amazing service! My car was broken into at Toronto airport and Auto Glass went above and beyond to get my car in the same day, fixed my window and cleaned up all the broken glass so that my kids are safe!!! Thank you so much Jeff for exceptional service. Highly recommended
