This co-op unfortunately is run by a board of directors who seem to think that \special\ circumstances apply to specific members only, while the rest of the members have to abide by every by-law in place. Hydro is ridiculously expensive as it is electric heat. Even if you keep to yourself and lead a busy lifestyle, assumptions will be made about you because people there love to speculate and cause problems for you (their lives must be boring or maybe they think they're a P.I.). Just a heads up for anyone considering renting a unit there. Expect the unexpected at all times!
