Sparkles was a very difficult company to work with. Upon arriving 2 hours early without notice, we came home to 2000 worth of stuff missing. After trying to handle the issue civilly, management was slow to respond, and was unwilling to resolve the issue. There were personal items gone, toiletries, hair/skin products and decor taken. Furthermore, the cleaning job was sub-par. Baseboards were left untouched, fridges uncleaned and shelves un-wiped. I do NOT recommend working with them.

100% recommended!. They were very efficient and did the work with the energy necessary even though my place was the last one for them to clean on that day. I am definitely keeping the service on a regular basis because it was such a fantastic performance.
Worst customer service just lost 20 on my old card.
The staff was polite and hard working. I was very happy with the cleaning and found their prices to be fair. I would definitely recommend this company if you need regular or once in awhile cleaning.
On serval occasions I have called “SPARKLES” Cleaning Services to come and clean my house. I have OCD and like to clean my own home but there are times that I either haven’t had time or just want to come home and it to be clean! Every time they have come, I’m pleased by the job they do!! I am impressed with how efficient and thorough they are and how they love my dogs (they have even taken them outside for me). I will book with Sparkles at least four times a year and always look forward to coming home to an exceptional clean home. Thank you Sparkles!
