Amazing service at this location! Very knowledgeable staff that is always happy to help. They carried a car seat out to my car for me and were just very lovely! Very different shopping experience than the really big stores where you can never find anyone to help you or you are waiting forever! Highly recommend, thank you for being awesome :)

These ladies are awesome!!! I had to replace my car seat ASAP after an accident and the only place I could find the same model was at snuggle bugz in London and I’m from Windsor. I placed a curbside pick up order on Monday before knowing they would open to the public on Tuesday after Covid and I called and these wonderful ladies rushed my order for me so I could come pick it up that day. I appreciate the help so much! Great customer service that’s for sure!
Bought a car seat, six days later they went on sale 20% off and the company won't price match/reimburse me the 90 difference. So much for supporting a local business. In the future I will go somewhere that aims to make the customer happy.
Wonderful staff, very helpful and knowledgable in their products! My family is now on number two and we have been shopping at Snuggle Bugz from day one with my first little guy. The staff have seen my baby grow and will continue to have my families business until it is not necessary and my babies are no longer needing from their store.
