I started going to see James at Skye health for a shoulder issue and have already seen such amazing improvement! James has been helping me to focus on my movements and improving the strength and mobility in my shoulder as well as addressing other underling issues that have been contributing to my shoulder. In addition to the great service you can also easily book online and see their availability which is so handy when you don't have time to call but still need to book an appointment. I would highly recommend them!! Great place!

I have been fortunate to have had Kubet as my physiotherapist for over ten years. I regularly participate in group Pilates. When individual treatment is required, a thorough and careful assessment is made. Kubet prescribes appropriate exercises to do at home. The number of exercises are reasonable, not overwhelming, which encourages daily practice. Kubet has capably and kindly addressed my issues relating to back and knee arthritis. Without her care over the years, I know that I would not be leading the physically active lifestyle that I do. Recently, I have come to realize the benefit of massage for dealing with arthritic issues. Skye Health also provides this treatment and therapist Deb is outstanding. Many thanks to Skye Health for the advice and care I have received over the years.

Stjepan Prtenjaca at Skye Health supported me through a very painful frozen shoulder; offering me a range of physio treatments and looking to me for feedback on what was working best. As the pain lessened he helped me to gradually build strength and was always very accommodating and generous with his time. The entire team at Skye Health is very welcoming!
