Decent food and good value. It’s on a bus route and east to get to! Kebabs are excellent and platters are plentiful! The staff here are always friendly and they have good desserts as well...not sure if they are made in-house or not. Overall I would highly recommend Shawarma Pita Palace!

Excellent food with authentic flavours (love their chicken shawarma). Good price for serving sizes and more importantly truly great service! The owner is present, hospitable and everyone is friendly.
Service slow and not friendly or inviting atmosphere. Food not entirely fresh and cleanliness could improve. Only 2 good employees.
Ordered 2 shawarma platters, fatoosh salad and lentil soup. Food was freshly made, hot and delicious! We've ordered from this restaurant a few times and it's always really good and the service is always polite, friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure!
You'd expect to see these price ranges in Ottawa. But regardless, the food quality was extremely average. Edited: Gave it another shot and gotta say their food quality this time was incredible. It might have been a one off last time, but it's actual shawarma meat is probably the best I have tried in London.
