Have dealt with Scott a few times. Great guy, awesome agent and knows how to get results! He works hard for his clients when you're looking for a place, and he knows what it takes to get a place sold. Honesty, courteous and energetic, Scott is just plain awesome. He never seems to stop working, and communicates very quickly; there's no long waits when you're emailing back and forth. As cheesy as it sounds, \Gunn gets it done\ should be his slogan. Working with him is a pleasure and he makes navigating the maze of real estate dealings easy. There need to be more stars for this guy!
When my now-wife and I were looking for our first house, I had a very specific (and odd, apparently LOL) list of criteria that needed to be satisfied. We dragged poor Scott to pretty much every possible option in North London (and back then, there was a lot to choose from!). Throughout the process, he was patient and enthusiastic, and always kept his smile and sense of humour. When time came to sell my uncle's house after his passing, we immediately turned to Scott, who got it sold in no time. That may sound easy in our currently-hot market, but such a scenario just means there's more to manage! Scott's ability to bring knowledge and professionalism to the process, while also making his clients feel at-ease and comfortable with the often-overwhelming world of real estate, is unmatched.
