terrible company. They ruined my 3000.00 rug then they lied about it and made up a story that didn’t even make sense. Absolutely do not trust them with your cleaning needs.

I'd like to write a long review for this place and share my horrible experience, but let me spare you the details. Worst customer experience I have ever been involved with from start to finish. I'm in sales, so I know what being a good customer is all about. This business does not even deserve one star. I ended up doing the cleaning myself with 100% results because I was so angry at their feeble attempt. Just can't believe I did a better job than a professional company. The best part was being told to deal with another company and got hung up on for asking questions..... what a piece of work.
So I was having issues with my phone. I was unable to make calls but have needed my basement carpets cleaned. So I contacted someone via email. Joanne was her name I believe. I have never been made to feel so disrespected and unvalued as a potential customer and had every intention on becoming a customer..... She made a comment about \see this is why we book over the phone\. Believe it or not, not everyone has a phone, and if they do sometimes technology doesn't work. She emailed me at 1022am and said she had an appointment available June 7th. I replied within 30 seconds and was then told the appointment was taken. Was also told they statt jobs between 230-3pm and then tried to give me a 9am appointment. Crazy how the rest of the world has a job too. Point is you never even let me \through the door\ before making sure I was treated poorly and like I didn't matter. Well I matter to your competitor. So thank you for showing your true colors. I do not want to give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't even have the common curiosity to value the customers and build a rapport with them. Usually most companies at least get the customer before treating them like garbage and all bevause I csnt contact you as I have a defective phone. Nice. Well at least now I csn give my money to someone who will value me. Or at least pretend too. Joanne at rotostatic is dude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Her answer to me when I said I don't have a working phone is \here's my cell\. Don't listen to your customers/potential customers and wonder why you get reviews like this. Best decision ever made is not dealing with someone who belittles the people Thst keep them in business....... Oh yah and from my. Initial email to the last the price changed. Classy..... Oh so classy See yah
I would not recommend. Spent 340 on one couch, once love seat and 3 small rugs. It took the one guy 40 min to clean the two couches. He just sprayed a solution on it and then sucked the moisture out. They finished and then took the rugs away and dropped them off days after. There was another guy that was just standing around doing nothing, so I just paid for his wage that day for nothing. They also dropped the rugs off an hour late, and then just said they had the time wrong and didn't try to make it right in any way. Not worth my money.
Had our whole house done today. Great job - nice guys, very clean, and done very quickly. Bravo!
