I am writing this on behalf of my 88-year old mother who wants to express her thanks for Dr. Greenwood’s care in helping her overcome her sudden bouts of vertigo. I contacted Pro Function at its Ann St. location and it was recommended she see Dr. Greenwood. During the appointment, my mother was visibly anxious and worried but he spoke calmly and was very kind while asking questions to learn more about her condition. Dr. Greenwood’s professionalism and the manner with which he treated my mother were exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Greenwood – you made my mother a very happy vertigo-free patient! P.S. One could tell that Pro Function has implemented many changes in order to be compliant with government guidelines concerning Covid-19 and I can honestly say that my mother and I felt very safe and protected at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Function to anyone anytime.

I strongly recommend Pro Function. If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would! The downtown location on Ann Street is great with free parking, and easily accessible. The office is ultra modern with exposed brick and industrial detailing, such as Edison bulbs. The offices and gym are very clean and organized; no distracting clutter. The staff and practitioners are friendly and very knowledgeable. The online booking program is easy to use, and very convenient. Free wifi is always a bonus too! The practitioners are very well educated and leaders in their fields. They continue to upgrade their education, allowing them to be up to date on the newest trends and research in physio therapy and body science. Many are involved in teaching within their field. Update: Pro Function’s Covid-19 precautions and cleaning procedures are second to none. They have developed a streamlined process for cleaning after each patient treatment. All staff are wearing masks, and following government recommendations and standards as required. I am very impressed with the quick adjustments made, and the ease of the transition to our “new world.” I feel very safe attending this clinic, as I am confident that all possible precautions are being strictly followed and enforced.
