I've only dealt with these guys a couple times now, but so far the customer experience has been phenomenal. Quick turn arounds for samples and they are more than happy to give you some time to discuss your project to make sure you get what you're visualizing. 10/10 customer service from Ken & Brandon so far, I highly recommend The Print Studio!
I highly recommend Print Studio!! They have helped me with a wide variety of projects, from window decals to business cards to coupons. They are incredibly professional, efficient, and talented at what they do. Everything comes out looking perfect every time, and is affordable too. The staff are also very friendly, personable, and helpful, which makes the entire experience that much better. Ken and Brandon have been so great and have taken a lot of stress off my plate. I'm currently planning new orders with them and will continue to do so.
I didn't manage to get anything printed because they wanted me to wait a week to print a total of 300 black and white pages... I then asked for 30 pages so I didnt have to wait long and they still told me to wait a couple hours... they seem to prioritize bigger projects in a queue rather than having it done right away If you want printing done, go to the store by Tim Hortons on York. They are much cheaper and will do it RIGHT THERE. Not pleased with this place
After banging my head against the wall with another printing company in the city who moved about as fast as a sloth with quoting and getting proofs, I messaged Print Studio. Ken was lightening quick and the turn around was great and they were pleasant the whole way through. The Print Studio treats small jobs with the same care, respect and speed as large jobs which really can't be said for some of the other printers in the city. I was really happy with the final outcome and will definitely be using their services again.
