I am very pleased with the care and treatment I am receiving at Preferred Rehab Physio. I was referred by my Doctor to address the neck and back pain I’ve developed by working at a desk and office environment for over 40 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate. The treatments I’m receiving and exercises I’m being taught have been very helpful in relieving the pain I’ve been experiencing. I realize though, that much is incumbent on me to continue with the at home exercises on a consistent and repeated basis to make sure the relief I feel will continue. I’m certain that with the encouragement, guidance and support of Nadir, Eddy and the rest of the staff I will continue to improve. Thank you!

I have struggled with back problems and back pain for over 10 years. I recently spoke to my doctor who told me I have to see the group at West 5 Physio as apparently they are miracle workers. The facility is new and kept very clean. The staff is amazingly approachable, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. During my initial assessment I was explained things way different and in greater detail then with previous providers. The extend of detail in their evaluation has lead to a different treatment approach that is already showing signs of working like nothing before. I'm thoroughly looking forward to my future appointments and putting back pain in my past. I would 100% recommend West Five Physio.

I have been seen at West 5 physio on a few different occasions. I have received orthotics, which have helped so much with my foot problems. I have also been seen for neck and shoulder issues. Nater was very professional and took the time to review the problem explaining in detail what was causing the problem and provided me with a very personal treatment plan. Vince was helpful, teaching me exercises to do at home. Katie, the office assistant was very pleasant and helpful when I was booking the appointment, giving detailed information as to the initial appointment and directions to their office. All in all my experience with the clinic was exceptional. I would definitely recommend the physio clinic to others.
