Unfortunately, I do not recommend this plumber. I called because of a leaking faucet that needed replacement. Everything was good (faucet replacement & clogged drained were serviced proficiently) until it came time to bill. Like a few local reviewers have also mentioned, I felt as though the final bill was quite unfair. The job itself took 54 minutes to repair - let's round up and say one full hour. Instead, I was charged 140 per hour (!!!) for TWO hours. I have had many repairs done, but never for 140/hr. The owner told me that the additional one hour charge accounted for some time it took to drive to my house plus the time needed (40 minutes) to go the store to purchase a new faucet... and the rate was high because two plumbers came. I did NOT want two plumbers to show up!! I'm happy to pay well for good work, and I'm fine paying a reasonable rate for trip fees, but charging 140 per hour to go to the store to select a faucet, in my opinion, is unfair. If you use this service be sure to fully understand what amounts you may be charged before agreeing; that was my mistake. Typically, comparable plumbing services I have used in the past charged 80-85 per hour. Call other plumbers and compare rates.

These guys were great! Bought a new water heater for our business and booked a service appointment in advanced. They showed up on schedule and where done in no time. Nice and clean work. My neighbour who owns a hair salon referred me to them and I would recommend them too!
The guys were great! called the night before - were at the house the next day and after 3 days of trying to unblock our drain ourselves they were able to unblock in about an hour - and even hooked up our fridge for water and ice! courteous, friendly and most importantly reasonable - will definitely keep them handy in our phone book! -thankyou guys :)
I strongly recommend London plumbing as they fixed a massive flood in my en-suite bathroom from the toilet. They were very Professional and super reliable. Price was very fair as well!
