Seriously guys, does this look like Honey BBQ sauce? My poor kid got the surprise of his life when he bit into these Hot Sauce covered chicken bites.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut food experience we've ever had. Our order arrived 30 minutes late (tried calling, but no answer), everything was cold, the chicken had barely any sauce, and both the pizza and pasta had hardly any toppings or cheese. We've been ordering from various Pizza Huts for three decades, so this isn't just a \they don't know Pizza Hut\ kind of review.

Hire more people! We called to check on our online order about a dozen times, the phone would ring out or say line is busy, they picked up once though and it sounded like people talking in the background with the phone just hanging on the line. Not sure what’s going on there but we called back again and they answered in a raw panic and desperately tried to explain their situation to me, almost sounded like they were calling for help and I kind of feel sorry for them. Must have been extra busy because of the covid lockdown and delivery etc but definitely not impressed with the customer service. Food was delicious but also showed up over an hour late!!

I have had terrible luck in the past with Pizza Hut in London Ontario (different location). Since this store has opened up I couldn't be happier. We ordered again tonight and it was perfect. From the person who took my order over the phone, the person who made one of the best pizzas I've had to the delivery driver, who was fast and friendly. I'm quick to complain when I feel like I'm not getting value for money, so it's only fair to compliment when I'm satisfied. This is now my go to pizza place. Edit: Update, nothing has changed. If anything they got better. By far the best pizza place in the neighbourhood.
